Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries- in my case blackberries and blueberries
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbs. non-fat Greek Yogurt
Instructions:
Blend the apple, banana, lemon and non-fat Greek Yogurt. Divide the smoothie into 2 halves and in the one half put the blackberries and blueberries and a little bit water, no more than 2 tablespoons, and blend again.First pour in a glass the mixture with berries, then add the remaining half. Garnish with frozen berries.
