Pineapple properties against excess fat
Pineapple is low in calories and contains fiber that can help people feel satiated after they consume it. Unlike canned pineapple that can ruin your diet, raw pineapple increase fat burning, help the body’s natural detoxification and improves digestion, largely because of its bromelain, an enzyme that breaks down proteins .
Pineapple can help with weight loss because it has a high water content. The water and fiber found in pineapple also can aid in promoting a healthy digestive tract.
Some added benefits of eating pineapple are that it is an antioxidant, has anti-inflammatory properties, contains vitamin C and includes many minerals like manganese and copper. For these reasons, this tropical fruit may be useful food to include in the fat-burning process as part of the weight loss diet.
Spinach is particularly low in calories. A cup of fresh spinach contains only about seven calories. Spinach is suggested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Council on Exercise. Vegetables like spinach are depleted in calories but affluent in vitamins, thus making them perfect substitute for high-calorie foods.
Fruits rich in vitamin C – Citrus Fruits: like limes, lemons, oranges, guava, grapefruit, papaya, sweet lime, tangerines and tomatoes are rich in Vitamin C and fiber and have fat burning properties. Vitamin C helps the body process fat faster and also stimulates the carnitine amino acid which speeds up the body’s stored fat-burning capacity.
Vitamin C also dilutes the fat and makes it less effective and helps in releasing the fat from the body.
