In order to make this syrup, you will need these ingredients:
- 125g horseradish
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 lemons
Preparation:
Blend 125g horseradish in the blender. Squeeze the lemons and then add the lemon juice in the blender, and mix these 2 things for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add 3 tbsp of honey, and blend it once again until the mixture becomes syrup. After that, transfer the syrup into a jar.
How to use it?
Take 1 teaspoon of the syrup, before meals, twice a day.
Consume this syrup for 3 weeks, and then make a pause of a few days.
